Directors Deal (DD): Terms and Conditions:

The DD programme, provides a venue for its members to look up participating businesses for business purposes. There are two types of membership available, one for the business members and one for the general public. These rules apply equally to both types of membership unless otherwise stated. The business members’ are legitimate businesses that want to meet with other Directors Deal members for commercial gain and business/social interaction and wants to subscribe to DD administration and networking services. DD is a member only web site.

1. Introduction
Each member is required to provide a genuine “special offer” to all other members. At all times this must be greater than what would be provided to any casual customer who requested a discount. This offer is available to all other DD members. Important: you must ensure that the information and offers made by you or your business is kept up-to-date and that you have full access to your email address as Directors Deal members we will be sending you important messages and you will be notified of business opportunities from time to time. If you change your email address or other important contact information then you must inform us of the new details by contacting us (www.directorsdeal.com/contact.php).

2. Types of membership
People who register for the DD service become either business members or public members. They must be at least 18 years of age. Business members participate in the business and social networking and provide a benefit to other members for using their product or service. The public members participate as buyers, who purchase “Directors Deal” goods or services from the business members.

3. DD's Role
You, whether you are a business member or public member, acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of members, whether they are participating on the DD service or outside of it. We only provide a venue where the DD service may be accessed. In particular, you should be aware that DD does not generally pre-screen or monitor the material contributed by members.

4. Operation of DD Services
DD reserves the right to withdraw or modify aspects of the DD service, or the entirety of it, where we have legal or commercial reasons to do so. There may also be times when the DD service becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties experienced by DD or on the internet. We will however, use reasonable skill and care to overcome these difficulties where they are within our control.

5. Alerting DD
If you see anything on the DD service which appears to infringe this agreement, then please contact us about it. We do not generally monitor material contributed by members before it is placed on the DD service and so we are reliant upon users to point out any which infringes this agreement.

6. Disclaimer and Release
DD has no control over or responsibility for the truth, accuracy of any material available on the DD service, whether provided by the business members or others. DD provides a venue for its members to look up the contact details of businesses and possibly arrange transactions. Members acknowledge that any transactions between members are entered into voluntarily between those members, and that DD is not in any way guaranteeing the performance of the transaction, payment or the quality of the goods or service being provided. If any third party sites are linked to the business profile on the DD website, it does not mean that we endorse or have any responsibility for the site in question or anything which appears on it. Members are solely responsible for the conduct of their own due diligence before entering into a transaction with any other member. DD will use its reasonable endeavours to solicit new members into the network. DD is not responsible if a member cannot find specific products or services from other members or are not interested in buying products or services from the business members.

This Web site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by members. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. DD does not control such websites and is not responsible for their contents. DD's inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such Web sites or any association with their operators.

8. Assignment
We reserve the right to assign this agreement, and to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under this agreement. You may not without the written consent of DD assign or dispose of this agreement.

9. Changes to this Agreement
DD reserves the right to change the agreement with its members from time to time, and post the new version on the DD website. When we do so, we notify members via email, of the fact that there are changed terms on the terms and conditions. This agreement, and any new version of it in the future, takes effect immediately. However, if you do not wish to be bound by the changes we make in this agreement (or any new version of it), then you can choose instead to remain bound by the previous terms and conditions until your next renewal date.

10. Disputes
Disputes over transactions are between the selling and buying members and shall only be settled by those members themselves. Any other form of dispute is to be settled in a similar manner. DD has the right but not the obligation to mediate disputes between members, however where a dispute is unresolved, DD may at its absolute discretion investigate the dispute and may without notice terminate any or all of the parties involved.

11. Breech of Agreement
If a member fails to honour any offer they make to other members on the DD site then they are deemed to be in a material breech of this agreement. The member acknowledges that if such event occurs, damage will be caused to DD’s business relationship with the other member. If the member violates any term of the agreement then DD may at its absolute discretion immediately suspend or terminate the members membership with DD without any entitlement whatsoever for a refund of fees paid or other compensation.

12. Commitments and Representations
All information and materials provided by DD are presumed to be accurate, however DD make no warranty for the accuracy thereof and shall not be liable for any error or omission therein.

13. Keeping this Agreement
We do not separately file the individual agreements entered into by members when they register for the DD service. If you wish, you can make a durable copy of this agreement by printing and/or saving a downloaded copy on your own computer.
